This frame covers Subject + 不屑(于) + Verb. 不屑 means the subject looks down on an action. Doing it would feel below their dignity, and the tone is disrespect. 屑 suggests "worth a moment's bother", so 不屑 presents the action as something they will not stoop to. The same idea appears as 不屑 or as 不屑于. 不屑于 is the more literary form. Everyday speech prefers 不屑, and writing uses both. The difference is one of style. Many kinds of verb phrase can follow either form., Pattern: Subject + 不屑(于) + Verb.
This frame covers Action + 以便 (+ 能) + Outcome. 以便 links an action to a wanted outcome. The action should make that outcome easier or possible. In English the idea is "so that" or "in order that". The outcome often includes 能, because the action creates an ability. When the next step is already clear, the outcome can stand without 能., Formal: names the goal the action serves.
