Speaking
Speaking Room
The real three-part interview, under the real clock. You type your answers; three of the four criteria are marked.
Card 27 / 40
Part 1 · Friends
Four familiar-topic questions. Answer each one, then add one reason or example — never a single word.
- Do you have a large group of friends or a few close ones?
- How did you meet your closest friend?
- How often do you see them now?
- Is it easy to make new friends where you live?
Part 2 · The long turn
Describe a piece of advice that you found useful.
You should say:
- who gave you the advice
- what the advice was
- when you used it
- and explain why it helped

One minute to prepare with paper and a pencil — the box stays locked, exactly as the examiner keeps the card. Then two minutes, and it does not stop early.
Part 3 · Discussion
Abstract follow-ups on the same theme. Give a view, a reason, an example, then the other side — a one-sentence answer is the standard failure here.
- What makes advice easier to act on?
- Should advice always be based on personal experience?
- Why might the same advice help one person but not another?
- How can someone disagree with advice politely?
