Speaking
Speaking Room
The real three-part interview, under the real clock. You type your answers; three of the four criteria are marked.
Card 29 / 40
Part 1 · Sleep and routine
Four familiar-topic questions. Answer each one, then add one reason or example — never a single word.
- What time do you usually get up?
- Are you better in the morning or in the evening?
- Did you have a different routine when you were at school?
- What would help you sleep better?
Part 2 · The long turn
Describe a problem you solved with a team.
You should say:
- what the problem was
- who was involved
- how you reached a solution
- and explain what made the teamwork useful
1:00
One minute to prepare with paper and a pencil — the box stays locked, exactly as the examiner keeps the card. Then two minutes, and it does not stop early.
Part 3 · Discussion
Abstract follow-ups on the same theme. Give a view, a reason, an example, then the other side — a one-sentence answer is the standard failure here.
- When is a team more useful than working alone?
- How can quieter members contribute to a discussion?
- What should a team do when its first solution fails?
- Does a good team always need one leader?
