Speaking
Speaking Room
The real three-part interview, under the real clock. You type your answers; three of the four criteria are marked.
Card 23 / 40
Part 1 · Music
Four familiar-topic questions. Answer each one, then add one reason or example — never a single word.
- What kind of music do you listen to?
- When during the day do you usually listen to it?
- Did you learn a musical instrument at school?
- Do you think children should learn an instrument? Why?
Part 2 · The long turn
Describe a resource you shared with other people.
You should say:
- what the resource was
- who shared it
- how you arranged its use
- and explain what made the arrangement work or fail
1:00
One minute to prepare with paper and a pencil — the box stays locked, exactly as the examiner keeps the card. Then two minutes, and it does not stop early.
Part 3 · Discussion
Abstract follow-ups on the same theme. Give a view, a reason, an example, then the other side — a one-sentence answer is the standard failure here.
- What kinds of resources are suitable for sharing?
- Why do shared resources need clear rules?
- How can a group handle unequal demand fairly?
- Does ownership always make people take better care of something?
