结果 introduces the outcome in the narrative. 结果 may also introduce a favourable or expected outcome. It does not by itself prove that the earlier event was the sole cause.

A student did not revise and then received a poor result. Close the examples. Say a Mandarin response, then write it in Chinese. Explain briefly in English what the lesson’s pattern adds. Compare with the model, then change one detail and try again.
