maternal uncle; one's mother's brother
舅舅 is your mother's brother, whether older or younger than she is. Your father's brothers are 伯伯 if older than your father and 叔叔 if younger.
我舅舅是妈妈的弟弟。
wǒ jiù jiu shì mā ma de dì di。
