毫不 emphasizes not at all before an action or description, as in 毫不犹豫. 毫无 emphasizes having none of something, as in 毫无关系 or 毫无经验.

how very; extremely (in some idiomatic expressions)
好不 can intensify an expression, as in 好不热闹 (very lively). This idiomatic use does not mean not lively. Learn the whole phrase rather than interpreting 不 alone.

to look down on someone
看不起 means look down on someone, rather than being unable to see them. Its opposite is 看得起 (respect or think highly of someone); the middle syllables are neutral in these expressions.

与其 · yǔqí
rather than; introducing an option to reject in favour of another
与其……不如…… compares two options and recommends the second. 与其着急，不如想办法 means rather than worry, think of a solution.
